The Austrian Association for Supervision (ÖVS) and the Association of National Organisations for Supervision in Europe (ANSE) are organising the 2nd Research Conference from 30th of June to 3rd of July 2022. The conference is organised as an ONLINE conference in order to be independent from the pandemic developments.

The aim of the research conference is to discuss theories, methods and research results of the modern labour market and their impact on supervision and coaching from an interdisciplinary perspective. The conference is structured around 4 keynote speakers on Global Health, Work Psychology, Digital Culture and New Work. Based on these inputs, the impact on supervision research and practice will be elaborated and discussed in 4 workshops.

 

Participants will have the opportunity to work in depth on one topic over two days within a workshop group. Knowledge and reflections will be exchanged in plenary rooms.

The format provides for an intensive examination of results from science as well as linking with supervising practice. Therefore, we invite participants from academia, training and practice to this conference. We think that the interweaving of science and practice is of central importance, especially for training.

Research Forum

The conference offers a forum for (young) scientists to present their current research questions, scientific work and research projects. We want to remain thematically open, but expect a concrete connection to supervision and coaching.
